YOU ARE MY PASSION.

I have over a decade of experience with mentoring women. I’m a first generation graduate with an extensive background in Community Health and Health Disparities. My experience in leading educational teams in conjunction with my energy and enthusiasm for academics make me ideally suited for any project at hand. Education is a helpful tool to have, but it's not the answer to everything. I believe self-knowledge and dedication are just as important to making your dreams a reality.

My goal is simple. As a Life and Health Coach, I mentor women by helping them accomplish their goals in life. My mission is to share my experiences and expertise on how to lead a healthy, joyful, well balanced, fulfilling life. The more steps I take towards this goal, the more people I am able to help.

My dream is to elevate women, to support one another, to network, and to strategize. We will work together to forge new paths that will enable you to attain all of your goals in life and to celebrate those accomplishments.
